How to Make a Return/Exhange?

We hope you enjoy your purchase! Our return policies vary for online purchases and trade show purchases. Please review the policy that aligns with your purchase below.

OUR SHIPPING PRICES AND SPECIAL

Please note that a $7.00 domestic shipping fee will be added to all orders at the time of check out. We offer free shipping to all orders over $100. We do not offer international shipping. 

ONLINE ORDERS

Designs by Beth offers returns on all regular priced items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in unworn condition. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after purchase when received in original condition and with the original receipt. A store credit will be issued and be valid for up to 1 year from receipt of returned item(s). Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom made pieces. Exchanges cannot be made online. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item to Designs by Beth and a new order can be placed online.

TRADE SHOW ORDERS

We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased at a Trade Show. If you are not satisfied with your Trade Show purchase, we are happy to issue you a store credit within 14 days of your purchase to be redeemed within one year of credit issued.

RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Your item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unaltered and in unworn condition.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE

Please follow the instructions below:

  • To initiate your return, start by sending an email to [email protected] or filling out a form on our “Contact” page and include your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will email an insured, pre-paid shipping label to the e-mail address associated with your order.
  • When you receive the email with the return label, please bring the package to your local UPS location within 5 days.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If your item(s) meet our policy guidelines, your refund will be processed (please allow up to 5 business days to see the refund in your account).

Designs by Beth reserves the right to refuse the exchange/return of any item if the item(s) do not meet our guidelines. Please note that special orders may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
