Shipping Policy

For your protection, Designs By Beth always requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

International shipments are not being offered at this time.

Designs by Beth is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Designs by Beth within 7 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Designs by Beth.
